Teachers are there to provide support and facilitate the child's learning but children determine the direction of their own learning following their natural curiosities, interests and passions. Mrs Soofia Siddiqui was a home science teacher in Nigeria from 1969 to 1986. Subsequently she returned to India and opened a school at home named &nbsp;Playway. In 1990 she established a higher secondary school in Kotra Sultanabad which is run by Mayflower Society. Her leadership and dedication in the field of education has resulted in continuous growth of the school. &nbsp;Her vision is to bring innovations in education to make learning easy to understand and comprehend. She continues to provide her guidance and mentorship to the school as chairperson of the Mayflower society.
